Judge Rudolph Contreras, who presided over President Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s case, is sued for declarative relief of impeachment in the case where he is presiding.

Washington D.C. July 9, 2018    Judge Contreras is added as the 26th judicial judge defendant in this historical judicial corruption lawsuit which he was assigned to 7 weeks ago, based on alleged 8 violations of 18 USC §2071 and 18 USC §371. Judge Rudolph Contreras is the same federal judge who initialized the prosecution against President Trump’s  ex-National Security Advisor Michael Flynn in 2017. 
California attorney Yi Tai Shao filed this lawsuit, Shao v. Roberts (last name of the first named defendant Chief Justice John G. Roberts), et al, case number of 1:18-cv-01233 with the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia on May 21, 2018.  The case was delayed docketing until 10 days later according to the court’s case docket.  The docketing date of the Complaint was marked as May 30 at the end of the description of the Complaint of the court’s case docket.  The Summons for the justices/judges were not issued until 23 days later, as shown on the court’s docket.  Ms. Shao added Judge Rudolph Contreras and his civil Case Administrator Jackie Francis in the First Amended Complaint filed on June 29, 2018.
According to Wikipedia, Chief Justice John G. Roberts, who is the first named defendant in this case, had appointed Judge Contreras to his second judicial seat at the U.S. Intelligence Surveillance Court in 2016. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolph_Contreras. Yet, Judge Contreras did not disclose his personal relationship with a named defendant in this case when he was assigned as the presiding judge. According to the Court’s record, Plaintiff Yi Tai Shao just filed a motion to disqualify Judge Rudolph Contreras from presiding in this case on July 6, 2018 with 74 pages of evidence. In the same motion, Ms. Shao further requested the case to be transferred to the U.S. District Court in New York as a neutral forum. We will see if the case suing the eight Justices of the US Supreme Court will be transferred away from the D.C. to the U.S. District Court in New York.
According to the Court’s records, the eight Justices at the US Supreme Court were served with the Summons on June 14. 13 days thereafter, on June 27, 2018, Justice Anthony Kennedy, announced retirement.
Regarding the declarative relief for impeachment that is sought against 12 judicial officers and 3 other clerks, House Judiciary Committee, Senate Judiciary Committee as well as Senate Diane Feinstein and Representative Eric Swalwell are sued for the declarative relief that the 15 federal judges/employees (including 8 Justices at the Supreme Court) should be impeached.
The 12 federal judges including 8 Justices at the Supreme Court (Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Justice Anthony Kennedy, Justice Clarence Thomas, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Justice Samuel Alito, Justice Stephen Breyer, Justice Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayer) , 1 Judge at the Ninth Circuit (Judge J. Clifford Wallace at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal), 2 Judges at the U.S. District Court in Northern California (Judge Edward Davila and Judge Lucy Koh) and now Judge Contreras and his civil case administrator Jackie Francis at the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia.
Presently, according to the First Amended Complaint, there are 67 defendants including 4 courts and 26 Justices/Judges/Commissioner are sued in this case of Shao v. Roberts (the last name of Chief Justice John G. Roberts), et al.

For the first time, Russian jewelry companies were presented at the exhibition in Las Vegas

The “Made in Russia” national display organized with the support of the Russian Export Center (REC), was for the first time featured at JCK Las Vegas Show, the leading international jewelry exhibition that took place on June 1-4 in Mandalay Bay Convention Centre. JCK Las Vegas is one of the best-known international specialized exhibitions of jewellery, owing to which the major players in this market gravitate to Las Vegas in the early summer, in order to present their products. An important feature of this year’s jewelry exhibit was the participation of 15 Russian companies in an integrated format of a single display. The display itself was placed at the heart of the JCK Vegas and had the form of a large pavilion, with all the diversity of the Russian jewelry market, from raw materials to the elements of interior design and jewelry, represented therein.

 The exhibition was attended by 15 Russian enterprises, among them Karavaiev jewelry factory, “Gallery Of The Unique” Company, “New Art” (Tarutin), Bogarta, KU&KU, “Golden Traditions”,” Rainbow”, Leo Totti, Art Jeweller, “Sever Almaz Technologies”. Also, there were exhibited the works by the designer Galina Konyaeva, while the Diamond Plaza pavillion was displaying the Smolensk “Crystal” and “Diamond 24”.

GasTechno to Offer Exclusive Country-Level Mini-GTL® Technology Licenses

June 6, 2018, Gas Technologies LLC, and its wholly-owned subsidiary GasTechno Energy & Fuels Holding (UK) Limited (GEFH), will begin this month to market exclusive country-level licenses to its patented, single-step GasTechno® gas-to-liquid (“Mini-GTL”) process. GEFH is the exclusive global licensee of the GasTechno® process.

Exclusive licenses will allow for deployment of the patented GasTechno® process within that country. The GasTechno® process is designed to convert natural gas, associated gas, biogas, landfill gas and other methane-containing gases directly into commercially saleable methanol, ethanol, and formalin with up to 70% lower costs and at smaller-scales than traditional GTL or small-scale methanol technologies.  Coupled with either conventional NGL processing equipment, or our latest proprietary shipping container based NGL (“natural gas liquids”) system, GasTechno’s Mini-GTL® plant converts $9-12 BOE (“barrel oil equivalent”) associated gas into $70+ BOE fuels and chemicals at the well-site while reducing carbon emissions to meet compliance targets. While traditional NGL systems recover up to 25% of the associated flared gas volume, our combined GasTechno NGL-GTL solution recovers up to 89% of the associated gas and creates additional cash flow and economic value from formerly wasted resources, bolstering Return on Capital Employed for our customers.

During 2018, the most advanced Mini-GTL® system was reconfigured to incorporate a patented drop-in diesel fuel distillation system that completed testing in 2016 using funding from a US Department of Energy Grant.  A successful feasibility study followed in 2018 on a compact, modular system that will be offered in the exclusive licensing package.  The GasTechno diesel technology solution is the lowest cost diesel production system in the world.

In 2016-17, DNV GL from the UK completed a Pre-Feasibility Study on a GasTechno NGL-GTL combined system processing 10 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd) and their independent design will be included in the licensing package.  In 2018, GasTechno also filed a patent application a new Tri-Fuel Methanol, Natural Gas and Propane Generator Conversion Kit system.  Their first complete conversion of a 110 KW generator was completed in May, 2018.  This new Tri-Fuel Generator system is included.

During 2017, Optimation, one of GasTechno’s key manufacturing partners, engineered several improvements to the compact, modular design of the Mini-GTL® 300 unit and the Mini-GTL® 750 unit.  Both units are in fabrication with targeted completion in 4Q 2018.  GasTechno intends to offer both the new Mini-GTL® 300 unit (40+ bbl/day) and Mini-GTL® 750 unit (150+ bbls/day) to the first two exclusive country-level licensees that partner with us.  These plants are the ideal size for on-site demonstration, training and operations, and under the right conditions are economically attractive.   GasTechno has plans for new development of their Mini-GTL® and Methanol-In-A-Box® systems processing gas up to 100 mmscfd.

Carepass Launches Mobile App for Flexible Child Care

Made in Russia: The Russian export booth was present at the Paris VIVA Technology 2018 exhibition

May 24-26, the international  VIVA Technology 2018 exhibition and conference took place in Paris. It is one of the most famous world forums on digital transformation and start-ups. The event was personnaly made open open by the President of France Emmanuel Macron. After the opening, the French government delegation toured the main zones together with the ambassadors of the participating countries.
An exceptional place in this year’s exhibition was occupied by a Russian booth where export-oriented companies where represented; the stand was arranged by the Russian Export Center JSC. A unique exposition was designed specially for the Paris conference, it featured a number of innovative enterprises: exporters of consumer goods, IT and high-tech products, who want their companies to enter and work in the foreign markets among other things. Recipients of Innovation Awards Recognized at ONUG Spring 2018

Illumio, Juniper and Huawei Fulfill All Criteria for the ONUG Software-Defined Security Services Framework

May 21, 2018 – Boston – ONUG today officially announced the recipients of the ONUG Innovation Awards. Three companies were recognized as part of the new awards, which highlight the companies dedicated to developing solutions that directly address enterprise IT user needs. The ONUG Innovation Awards seek to put some of the $100B of ONUG IT spend behind those companies that are delivering solutions to the use cases that are important to the ONUG Community and Working Groups. ONUG encourages innovative solutions in these areas to create multi-billion markets in software-defined security plus monitoring and analytics that span on-and off-premises hosted workloads.

Ahead of ONUG Spring, chairmen and members of the ONUG Software-Defined Security Services(S-DSS) Working Group published proof of concept (PoC) guidelines and invited vendors and cloud/service providers to develop PoC presentations based on the requirements they outlined. At the ONUG Spring Conference, a panel of independent industry experts, including Stephen Collins of ACG Research, Eric Hanselman of 451 Research, and Tom Hollingsworth of Tech Field Day and Gestalt IT scored each solution based on criteria included in the published guidelines. Companies who scored above a certain threshold were then recognized for their commitment to the creation of markets and solutions required by the ONUG IT Community to support digital transformation.

Award recipients include Illumio, Juniper Networks, and Huawei. Each qualifying company was presented a certificate and crystal plaque to recognize their achievements. These companies are also invited to begin private PoCs within ONUG IT Community organizations and ONUG Board companies.

“The level of engagement we saw from all the members of the Software-Defined Security Services Working Group was thrilling. They were all eager to participate in the ONUG Innovation Awards to develop PoCs that address cloud security, monitoring and analytics use cases lacking in the industry,” said Nick Lippis, ONUG co-founder and co-chairman. “Our goal at ONUG is to highlight companies that are dedicated to support business and IT transformation so that IT business leaders have the tools to bring their corporations into the digital economy. The Innovation Awards gives our community an opportunity to identify these companies and allows them to begin to develop private PoCs to create real change and expand the choices and options available in the IT industry.”

The judges worked hard attending all the proof of concept presentations and carefully deliberating as all the demonstrations were extremely compelling. All the members of the ONUG Software-Defined Security Services Working Group detailed the aggregated use case requirements, documenting them, developing the PoC guidelines and judging criteria. At ONUG we don’t create standards or write open source code, but we do aggregate use case requirements for the Global 2000 and seek innovative solutions in the market to drive digital transformations.

Karlsbad. Across Systems GmbH has integrated the DeepL Pro machine translation system in its Across Language Server. Users benefit from high-quality translations that the DeepL server makes available speedily.

DeepL delivers results on the basis of neural networks, ensuring an exceptionally high machine translation quality. Among other things, the recently released DeepL Pro version features a programming interface (API) for the connection to third-party software. On this basis, the Across developers have integrated DeepL Pro in the Across Language Server. Across users can send source texts to the DeepL server and get translations without leaving their accustomed work environment. The combination of the translation management system, the reuse of quality-assured content, and machine translation helps enterprises save time and money. In this way, translation processes can be further streamlined: instead of having to translate and review a text, it is often sufficient to merely post-edit it.

“Before sending a text to the DeepL server, users of the Across Language Server can check the system for any released translations already available for sentences in the source text. Hayward, CA, April 20, 2018– Novodiax Inc., a leader in intraoperative immunohistochemistry (IHC) technology, announces the availability of four new ihcDirect staining kits for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use: Calponin, Podoplanin, CK7 and GFAP Assays. “These are the first products available on the market to achieve the milestone of completing an IHC test on frozen tissues in10-minutes,” explained Jianfu Wang, PhD, CEO of Novodiax. The Oncology assays reduce the time a surgeon must wait from hours to minutes for clinical interpretation of the tissue staining pattern often eliminating subsequent follow up visits and surgery.

The ihcDirect Calponin assay interacts with Calponin antigen. Calponin is involved in smooth muscle contraction mechanisms and is expressed in smooth muscle tissue. It can also be observed in myoepithelial cells. The calponin antibody may be used as a marker of the differentiated contractile phenotype of developing smooth muscle and may help to differentiate benign sclerosing lesions of the breast from carcinoma.  The assay may be performed using either frozen or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues.

The ihcDirect CK7 assay reacts with cytokeratin 7 antigens which may be found in simple glandular epithelium, and in transitional epithelium.  Cytokeratin 7 is expressed in the majority of cases of carcinoma, with exception of those carcinoma arising from the colon, prostate, and thymus; carcinoid tumors of the lung and gastrointestinal tract origin; Merkel cell tumors of the skin in frozen or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues.

The ihcDirect Podoplanin assay is used in the detection of Podoplanin antigen. This marker is selectively expressed in lymphatic endothelium as well as lymphangiomas, Kaposi sarcomas and in a subset of angiosarcomas with probable lymphatic differentiation. Podoplanin has also been shown to be expressed in epithelioid mesotheliomas, hemangioblastomas, seminomas and some oral squamous cell carcinomas. The assay is for use in frozen or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues.

The ihcDirect GFAP assay is intended for several types of central nervous system cells including astrocytes and ependymal cells.  In neoplastic tissues, the antibody may be useful for the identification of astrocytomas and ependymomas using either frozen or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues.

Using our patent pending technology, antibody incubation time is only 3-minutes for frozen tissues. The technology also reduces the number of test steps when compared to traditional IHC test methods by eliminating the need for secondary antibodies and subsequent wash steps. All Novodiax ihcDirect test kits operate using the same 10-minute test turnaround protocol for frozen tissues. Most of the tests can also be performed using formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. These ready-for-use immunohistochemistry test kits arrive complete with antibody, blocker and DAB chromogen. The test results for this product should be interpreted by a qualified pathologist in conjunction with histological examination, relevant clinical information, and proper controls. These products are intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use.
