Bob brings more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience to ByDesign. Since 2005, Bob has been creating inspiration nationwide as a dynamic keynote speaker, author and the owner of a leading direct sales consulting firm, Direct Selling Today. Bob and his team have provided clients with strategic marketing, training, development, sales leadership, compensation plan creation, and business management services.

In 2008, Bob joined Scentsy as the Vice President of Sales, after an initial consulting engagement. Over the next two years Scentsy grew from 4,000 to 65,000 Consultants.

Following this, Bob held the office of CEO for Damsel in Defense, and helped lead them to their award-winning performance as the recipient of multiple awards, including the Direct Selling Associations ”Rising Star Award.” Bob was also a Co-Founder of Perfectly Posh, and held executive level positions at Jenkon and iCentris.
