Karam finished his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University. He would then proceed to earn his Juris Doctor Degree at Texas Southern University in May 1990. After which he created his private personal injury practice, he became a well-known lawyer and represented over one thousand clients within only ten years.
Not too long after, he decided to fulfill his lifelong interest and passion in Real Estate Development and began to focus solely on his new endeavor. In the past five years, he has bought and cultivated over a million square feet in real estate property. Under its founder and operator Jerome Karam, JMK5 Holdings is recognized for its ability to create desired and thriving multi-use commercial areas from large dithering and struggling big-box real estate properties like grocery stores. During this time, Karam has obtained the faltering Mall of the Mainland and reestablished it as Texas’s Award-Winning Largest World Gym Facility, The High Altitude, The Nation’s Largest Trampoline Park, and the luxurious Plaza Royal Executive suites.

This is only the beginning because starting next year YMCA building will be fully operational.
