Freddie Mac Prices $966 Million Multifamily K-Deal, K-L05

MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates), which are multifamily mortgage-backed securities. Approximately $966 million in K Certificates (K-L05 Certificates) are backed by two groups of loans. One group (Pillar Loan Group) consists of 16 fixed-rate mortgages backed by 16 properties and the other group (Harbor Loan Group) consists of 6 crossed fixed-rate mortgages backed by 6 properties.The transaction collateral is part of Freddie Mac’s K-L series of certificates, which are backed by large loans or pools of related mortgage loans on multifamily properties.
